This ring is handcrafted from a sterling silver coin that was issued by the Irish Central Bank in 2011. The silver-proof €15 coin pays tribute to Percy Metcalfe's classic Irish salmon design that was used on the Florin and 10 pence.
The outer band features the head and tail of the Irish salmon. The inner band displays the year - 2011 and Eire.
