This Latvian coin ring is made from an 83% Silver 2 Lati coin minted in the 1920s.
Details on the outer band of this ring include the words "LATVIJAS REPUBLIKA", three stars and the unicorn and griffin of Latvia's coat of arms. The inner band has a ribboned wreath.
The ring pictured is a size S (US 9)(EU 60) and has a band width of just under 9mm.
While the coin this particular ring is made from is mostly silver, it also contains copper which in some cases can cause a harmless, washable mark on your finger.
