Product Overview

This Easter Rising Coin Ring is crafted from a silver commemorative coin issued in Ireland in 1966 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Easter Rising.

The outer band of this unique coin ring bears "éire" and "1966".  On the edge is the inscription "Éirí Amach na Cásca 1916", which translates as "1916 Easter Rising".

All coin rings, by their nature, are slightly thicker on one side than the other, this is especially noticeable with this coin ring as the coin it is made from has an unusual, concave shape.

While the coin this ring is made from is 83% silver, it also contains copper which can cause a harmless, washable mark on your finger.
