Product Overview

This ring is made from a 2008 German €10 coin minted in sterling silver. The coin celebrates the Nebra Sky Disc - one of the most important archaeological finds of the past century.

The ring's outer band features the moons and stars of the Sky Disc and its German name "Himmelsscheibe von Nebra". The inner band bears "Bundesrepublik Deutschland 2008" along with more stars and the head and wings of the German Eagle.

This unusual coin ring also has the edge inscription "DER GESCHMIEDETE HIMMEL IM HERZEN EUROPAS" which translates as "The Forged Sky in the Heart of Europe".

The ring shown is a size T (US 9.5) (EU 61) and has a band width of approx. 10.5 mm. Your ring will look slightly different depending on which size you choose.
