This ring is made from a sterling silver coin minted in 1983 to mark the rebuilding and extension of the Swedish parliament buildings in Helgeandsholmen. Included with this ring is a charm made from the middle part of the coin.
On the ring's outer band is "100 KR" and the year of minting 1983. The inner band reads "SVERIGES RIKSDAG HELGEANDSHOLMEN"
The charm made from the coin features the national emblem of Sweden (The Three crowns) on a brick background. The reverse of the charm shows one of the arches connecting the two parts of Parliament House.
