This ring is handmade from a Finland 10 Markkaa coin. These 90% silver coins were minted in 1967 to commemorate 50 years of Finland's independence.
On the outer band of this substantial coin ring is "1917 SUOMI FINLAND 1967" and a group of wild geese flying north. The ring also has edge lettering "ITSENAINEN SUOMI 50 FINLAND SJALVSTANDIGT 50" meaning 50 years of Finland's independence.
The ring pictured is a size V (US 10.5, EU 64) and has a band width of approximately 11mm. Your ring will look slightly different depending on what size you choose.
